Insurance Coverage Notice
Please note that certain components of ADHD and Autism assessments may not be covered by your insurance plan or may fall outside of the services covered under the provider’s insurance contracts. These services may therefore be provided on a private-pay basis and will be the patient’s responsibility. Any applicable out-of-pocket fees will be discussed with you in advance of the assessment.
Session Rates- Self Pay
Initial Consultation
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)–Focused Consultation | 60 minutes — $200
An initial consultation focused on discussing concerns related to Autism, reviewing relevant history and current challenges, and determining whether a comprehensive Autism assessment may be appropriate.
ADHD-Focused Consultation | 60 minutes — $200
An initial consultation focused on discussing concerns related to ADHD, reviewing relevant history and current challenges, and determining whether a comprehensive ADHD assessment may be appropriate.
Follow-Up Therapy Session
Individual Therapy Session | 50–60 minutes — $150
Ongoing therapy sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals, with a focus on practical strategies, emotional well-being, and meaningful, sustainable change.
Comprehensive Assessments
Comprehensive Autism Assessment
A thorough, individualized evaluation designed to assess for Autism across developmental, behavioral, social, and emotional domains. Please contact the practice for additional information regarding the assessment process, fees, and scheduling.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation designed to assess attention, executive functioning, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and other factors associated with ADHD. Please contact the practice for additional information regarding the assessment process, fees, and scheduling.
Sliding Scale Services
At Precision Counseling, we believe that therapy should be accessible and strive to offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale spots are offered on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as income, financial responsibilities, and overall circumstances. If you feel a reduced fee would make it easier to engage in therapy, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss options together.
Because the number of reduced-fee appointments is limited, availability may vary. Sliding scale rates are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted over time based on changes in circumstances or availability within the practice. Clients utilizing sliding scale appointments are asked to attend sessions consistently and provide appropriate notice for cancellations, as these spots are reserved specifically for those in need.
If a sliding scale opening is not available, I’m always happy to help connect you with other resources or providers who may be a good fit.
