About Kyle

Kyle Chudzinski, MA, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, CAIMHP

As an experienced cognitive behavioral therapist, Kyle specializes in Autism and ADHD assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. His practice is focused on helping individuals and families better understand neurodevelopmental differences, identify their strengths and challenges, and develop practical strategies for greater confidence, emotional well-being, and success in daily life.

A primary specialty of Kyle’s practice is comprehensive Autism assessment and ADHD assessment across the lifespan. Kyle received formal specialized training through Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in the assessment and understanding of Autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions. This training supports his thorough, individualized approach to evaluating children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing challenges related to attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, social communication, organization, relationships, or everyday functioning.

Kyle’s assessment process considers each client’s unique developmental history, current functioning, strengths, and areas of concern, providing a thoughtful and comprehensive understanding of the individual rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnostic labels. He has particular experience working with individuals who may have gone unrecognized or misunderstood earlier in life, including adults seeking Autism or ADHD assessment, adolescents, and individuals whose symptoms may present differently than commonly recognized. He approaches assessment with curiosity, compassion, and attention to the ways neurodevelopmental differences can affect school, work, relationships, family life, and self-esteem.

In addition to Autism and ADHD evaluations, Kyle provides evidence-based therapy for individuals with ADHD and Autism. His ADHD therapy is structured and skills-focused, addressing executive functioning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, motivation, procrastination, planning, and sustainable systems for everyday life. For autistic clients, therapy may focus on emotional regulation, anxiety, social communication, relationships, life transitions, self-advocacy, sensory and environmental challenges, and developing strategies that support well-being while honoring each person’s individual strengths and needs.

Kyle’s therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. He combines practical, skills-driven strategies with genuine empathy and compassion, creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Although Autism and ADHD assessment and treatment are central specialties of his practice, Kyle also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. He works with children, adolescents, adults, parents, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Whether a client is seeking an Autism assessment, ADHD assessment, ADHD therapy, Autism therapy, or support navigating a new diagnosis, Kyle’s goal is to provide clarity, practical tools, and compassionate guidance. Through assessment and therapy, he helps clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen emotional well-being, build effective coping and executive functioning skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
