Kyle Chudzinski, MA, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, CAIMHP
As an experienced cognitive behavioral therapist, Kyle is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. His work is integrative and grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. He combines practical, skills-driven strategies with deep empathy and compassion, fostering a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
A central focus of his practice is working with children, teens, and adults with ADHD. He provides structured, skills-focused ADHD therapy with an emphasis on executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, and building sustainable systems that support long-term success. While ADHD is a primary focus of his practice, Kyle also treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a range of other mental health concerns.
He works with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, parents, and trauma survivors. His goal is to empower clients with effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional well-being, and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Therapeutic Approach
He approaches therapy as a collaborative process, tailoring each session to the individual needs of his clients. Using a multimodal, evidence-based framework, he prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, he works with clients toward meaningful growth and sustainable progress.
Professional Experience
During Kyle’s time as a therapist, he had the privilege of working in hospitals, partial care centers, and outpatient practices, where he helped clients work through a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma processing, and executive functioning problems. In addition, he has also spent several years contributing to research projects focused on anxiety, depression, and behavioral analysis, further strengthening his understanding of evidence-based approaches to mental health and treatment. He also brings years of experience in treating and evaluating individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and tailored interventions to support clients’ social, emotional, and developmental needs. Kyle has also received formal training in administering the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition), further enhancing his ability to conduct comprehensive and accurate autism evaluations.
